Responsibilities
- Provides sales support in areas of sales administration, third party
advertising coordination & billing matters
- General office administration
Pre-requisite
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
- Experience in sales support in an advertising environment is a plus
2) Account Servicing (Executives/Managers)
Responsibilities
- OOH advertising & media sales
- Service existing advertising & media agencies
- Direct account management
Pre-requisite
- Comprehensive advertising/media industry knowledge
- Proven track record in advertising sales
- Sales-motivated, target-driven & highly energetic
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- For account managers, you should have at least 3 years proven
record in the advertising/media environment
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
3) Junior Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise the design & production of all communication
collaterals & outdoor advertisements
- Size & produce visual mock-ups for presentation
Pre-requisite
- Good PC skills & proficient in Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator,
etc
- Knowledge in Macintosh
- Creative & has the ability to work independently
- Good command of English, both written & verbal
